Installation of Our Composite Fencing Posts:
For the slot-between method, simply channel out the grooves along the posts and slide the Cladco Composite Fence Panels into place. Alternatively, you can secure the panels to the front of the Cladco Composite Posts using screws. Refer to our Fencing Installation Guide for comprehensive instructions on installing your new composite fence.
*Cladco Composite products are available with FSC® Certification at no additional cost. Please indicate your preference for FSC® Certified products when placing your order.
*Please note: Due to variations in the manufacturing process of these posts, we recommend measuring 20mm and channelling it out instead of relying on the lines marked on the posts when using the slot-between method. This step is not necessary if you are installing the boards by securing them to the front of the post.

Delivery Costs: All delivery costs are given in the basket and during checkout after a delivery postcode is entered, this is because delivery costs are dependent on the products that you’re looking to purchase and where they need to be delivered to. Delivery costs are based on delivery to a single address within the UK Mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands where additional costs may apply.
Delivery Times: An estimated delivery date will be given on the majority of product pages at the time of order. We aim to deliver on or around that date, but please keep in mind that it is only an estimate and accurate delivery information and updates will be provided after an order is processed by our team.
Delivery Updates: We will provide delivery updates to the contact information that you provide during checkout, many of these updates are automated so please ensure that the information provided is entered correctly, and be sure to check your junk/spam folder periodically. The level of delivery service and tracking that’s available is dependent on the products that are ordered, but please rest assured that we will always provide the best available level of service and updates.
During Delivery: All delivery costs are based on the customer being able to accept the goods, and on heavier items, this means having the ability and willingness to manually offload the goods, or have mechanical offloading facilities on site.
Delivery Access: Please let us know of any potential delivery or access issues as soon as possible, ideally by using the order notes section during checkout, we will then work with our delivery partners to ensure that an appropriate delivery service is planned (if available). Bulky and palletised items in particular will be delivered on a large vehicle, usually an 18t rigid lorry and if delivery fails due to us not being made aware of access issues or nobody being at the address to accept the delivery, then additional costs may apply.
Accepting Delivery: Please check your goods thoroughly before signing for them, and do not accept damaged goods. Orders signed for “unchecked” will be considered as being received in good condition. As soon as the order has been delivered as instructed, the goods become your property and the liability for product care, damage or loss passes to you.
